Terms of Use

These terms cover your membership of Fauji Library and your use of this website. By joining the library or using the site, you agree to them.

Membership and your seat

Membership is monthly. When you join, the desk registers your name and mobile number and gives you a permanent numbered seat. Your seat is for you only and cannot be shared or passed on.

Fees

• The fee is a flat monthly amount, confirmed by the desk when you join. It is due for every month you are a member.
• You can pay at the desk or online through the Razorpay payment link we send you. Online payments are handled by Razorpay under its own terms.
• A fee not paid on time is marked overdue, and we will send reminders until it is cleared. Unpaid months can be combined into a single payment link.
• Questions about a payment, including refunds, are handled by the library desk.

Messages

As a member you will receive WhatsApp messages about your seat, fees, receipts, closures and a daily motivational quote on your registered mobile number. Ask the desk if you want reminders stopped. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Library rules

You agree to follow the library rules, including silence in the reading hall, phones on silent and no food inside.

Timings and closures

Opening hours and planned closures are shown on the home page. The library may also close on government holidays or for reasons outside its control.

This website

• The Check Fee page is for checking your own fee status. Do not use it to look up other people.
• The admin page is for library staff only. Do not try to access it or the library's systems without permission.
• We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it may sometimes be out of date or unavailable. The library desk's records are final.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
